Seasonal premium produce from Japan
Blend of modern & century-old Japanese culinary techniques
Teppanyaki & Sushi live stations
Mikuni offers a gastronomic tour through exquisite creations from its Teppanyaki and Sushi live stations. Complemented with the most premium of seasonal Japanese produce, diners will experience a modern approach to kaiseki dishes.
Japan has four distinct seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter. With every changing season comes notable seasonal food. At Mikuni, guests will never get bored with its ever changing menu to complement ingredients that are in season. For instance, Strawberry's in Winter, Mackerel in Autumn, Bitter Gourd in Summer and Bamboo shoots in Spring are just to name a few. These ingredients during these seasons are considered to be of the freshest.
Current offers
Having been trained in various Japanese kitchens in the United States and several renowned restaurants in Singapore, Chef Masa Nakao brings his contemporary culinary flair to traditional Japanese cuisine, serving some of the freshest produce to satiate your cravings here at Mikuni.
Mikuni tries to incorporate Japan's four seasons into every detail such as slices of fresh fish being garnished with seasonal flowers, such as sakura blossoms in spring. Details all the way down to the plates such that the colour of the plate reflects the mood of the season - glass plates in summer months and black plates in winter

4 weeks agoOne of the restaurants with 50% discount on AMEX or Accor plus. Without discount honestly not worth the visit. Sashimi is fresh and my favorite is the spicy tuna roll. Ordered a Dassai and they gave us a choice of sake cups. Cute.

1 month agoFirst time here. Great dining experience. The service staff were all attentive and prompt. Constantly present and around whenever you needed them. In fact, one doesn't have to signal to the staff to ask for refill of the hot tea. Great shout out to Alan. Thanks for the service excellence. Manager, Elaine Seng, was equally pleasant and polite, making one feel very welcome. Great recommendations of the food items and not too pushy. Appreciate her advice on the items ordered was sufficient for two and that more can be ordered if tummy has more room for food. This definitely ensured we (pax of 2) didn't over-order.
The A5 Waygu is a must try. Tender and succulent. It left me craving for more.
The Aomori Apple sorbet was refreshing as a dessert to end off the meal.
Would definitely come back again, given the service excellence and delectable food.

1 month agoThis is not an entertainment Teppanyaki.
If you are looking for a fun night with food flying from the hot plate to your plate this is not the place.
It's rather stiff and cold.
We had the teppanyaki dinnerset.
Even though it mentions wine pairing they don't do an actual pairing.
The waiter doesn't know what wine glasses to use.
My friend had the sake pairing, 98$ for 4 sakes is a bit steep
Overall I was full , but not entertained.
