Seafood was not fresh, especially the salmon and oyster.
Salmon sashimi has been left out for too long, there’s a fishy stench and it’s slimy too (I tried 2 batches).

There’s also an almost bad smell on oysters, quite scary to be honest.

Crayfish was overcooked and super small.

Prawns were decent but the tuna sashimi was below average too.
    Scallops were small but okay.

Stir fried beef with black pepper tasted like just mass cooked garlic beef and all I taste is garlic and salt.

Chili crab mantou was bad too, crab was superrrrr small, close to no meat and the mantou is disappointing too.

The oven baked fish was almost close to tasteless and meat was on the drier side.

Satay lacks flavour and not well seasoned. The charcoal fragrance is missing (no choice) and meat is too thick, peanut gravy is okay.

Slow roast lamb was okay with the sauce.

Rendang flat bread has too little rendang in it and the texture of bread is not nice.

Laksa and desserts were the only good options there.

Was told by a young male service staff to not stack the plates as they will come and collect in a rude manner. The rest of the older uncles were nice and offered bandung to us.

The queue/crowd to each station was quite intense during dinner time, environment is quite noisy.

Was totally expecting much more from a reputable hotel and honestly a disappointing first experience. With such a price point, there are better options out there serving better food at higher standards/quality.
