Eshkulov RUSTAMJON

With 15 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Rustamjon Eshkulov has worked for several brands of hotels across the globe, including Intercontinental Group in Uzbekistan, Kempenski in Azerbaijan, Marriot International in Russia, and Rixos Group in Kazakhstan and UAE.

Since 2016, Chef Rustamjon has been with Accor Hotel Groups in the UAE, including Grand Mercure Airport, Ibis Styles Airport and Rixos Hotels. Currently, he works for Accor Dubai Deira Cluster at Ibis Styles, Adagio Aparthotel, and Mercure Dubai Deira, which has over 512 rooms and 10 food and beverage outlets.

    I had an unforgettable experience with World of curries, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Chef Suresh and the coordinator, Anne, for making it exceptional. They put together a fantastic buffet customized entirely to my taste, and they did it all within a short timeframe. Not only did they carefully craft a menu that was exactly what I wanted, but they went above and beyond with the location setup.

    Due to availability issues, Anne arranged for our buffet to be held at the blue panda restaurant, and the setting was absolutely stunning! The atmosphere of the hotel elevated the whole experience, making it feel elegant and welcoming. Chef Suresh’s dishes were flavorful and authentic, capturing the essence of Ceylon cuisine perfectly. Each bite reflected both skill and attention to detail.

    Anne’s coordination was flawless, and her commitment to making sure everything was just right was so appreciated. Both Chef Suresh and Anne went above and beyond to create an experience that was personal, delicious, and truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team at World of curries
