We enjoyed everything we ate. Shrimp chips, sushi, shrimp bun, and desserts were delicious. Well done to all the chefs.
The cocktail they suggested was incredible.
There is a terrace section, we preferred to sit inside.

Yediğimiz her şeyden çok keyif alarak yedik. Karides cips, sushiler, karides bun, ve tatlılar çok lezzetliydi. Tüm şeflerin ellerine sağlık.
Öneride bulundukları kokteyl ise inanılmazdı..
Teras kısmı mevcut, biz içeride oturmayı tercih ettik.

2 months ago(Translated by Google) As hotel guests we ate a la carte at Ukiyo. Unfortunately we were very disappointed.
For starters we had miso soup and wakame sushi. The starters were tasty, although not outstanding.
The abysses then opened up with the main courses. We ordered a green curry and a duck dish.
Unfortunately, the green curry was completely inedible because it was so salty, even though I usually eat comparatively salty food. So for the first time in my life (!) I had a meal returned. They apologized and brought a new curry without any problems. Although the salt content of this was within a limit where it could be consumed, it was still one of the worst green curries I have come across so far.
The duck meat was also absolutely unconvincing. Although it's really hard to get a duck dry, the dryness and toughness of the meat was hard to beat. This dish was also a complete disappointment.
The only bright spot was the service, which was really attentive and friendly. The waiters were extremely attentive and professional and did their best to limit the damage done by the kitchen. They asked several times if the food was any better and at the end they even offered tea on the house! Here I would like to express explicit praise.
The bottom line, however, is that this restaurant's performance has been subpar, especially considering the sophistication and price. A restaurant in such a high-quality hotel cannot afford something like this. We can therefore only advise against eating here.
Wir waren als Hotelgäste a la Karte im Ukiyo essen. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht.
Zur Vorspeise haben wir eine Miso-Suppe und Wakame-Sushi gegessen. Die Vorspeisen waren lecker, wenn auch nicht hervorragend.
Die Abgründe taten sich danach mit den Hauptgerichten auf. Wir bestellten ein grünes Curry und ein Gericht mit Entenfleisch.
Das grüne Curry war leider gänzlich ungenießbar, weil es derartig versalzen war, und das obwohl ich sonst vergleichsweise salzig esse. Daher ließ ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben (!) ein Essen zurückgeben. Es wurde sich entschuldigt und anstandslos ein neues Curry gebracht. Dieses war zwar vom Salzgehalt in einem Rahmen, in dem man es verzehren konnte, aber immernoch eines der schlechtesten grünen Curries, die mir bisher untergekommen sind.
Das Entenfleisch konnte ebenfalls absolut nicht überzeugen. Obwohl es wirklich schwer ist, eine Ente trocken zu bekommen, war das Fleisch an Trockenheit und Zähheit kaum zu überbieten. Auch dieses Gericht war eine völlige Enttäuschung.
Einziger Lichtblick war der Service, der wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich war. Die Kellner waren äußerst aufmerksam und professionell und haben ihr bestmögliches getan, um den von der Küche angerichteten Schaden in Grenzen zu halten. Sie fragten mehrere Male nach, ob das Essen denn nun besser wäre und boten am Ende sogar einen Tee aufs Haus an! Hier möchte ich ein explizites Lob aussprechen.
Unterm Strich ist die Performance dieses Restaurants jedoch unterirdisch gewesen, vor allem in Anbetracht des Anspruchs und des Preises. Ein Restaurant in einem so hochwertigen Hotel darf sich Derartiges nicht leisten. Wir können daher nur davon abraten, hier zu essen.
