At Mama Restaurant Lille, a plate of mussels is given an original touch with chorizo and hazelnut cream. Our generous portion of fries with maroilles sauce can be shared by several people, accompanied by a Shelter, the house draught beer. If you prefer a signature cocktail, then try our Ch'tibiscus with notes of grapefruit, raspberry and exotic flowers. For a simple but tasty dish that takes you back to your childhood, opt for Mama's macaroni, served casserole-style with Mostoles ham, soft-boiled egg and Emmental cheese. Finally, a visit to the north is not complete without a taste of Welsh rarebit, an excellent choice for a healthy appetite. Leave yourself room for dessert, such as a brownie with caramel custard, with the option of extra homemade whipped cream.
