We celebrated my mother's 50th birthday.
My sister and I have been organizing a surprise birthday for months!
I phone the restaurant (which we found on Google and we looked at the reviews there but I don't understand why!) 3 weeks before I warn that there will be 12 of us, for 8:30 p.m. and that it's a birthday!
As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, the waitress said to us “I don’t want to rush you but we close at 10:30 p.m.” we didn’t say anything.
We obviously start with an aperitif… several mojitos are ordered… it was water! We didn't smell the sugar (and we looked at the bottom of the glasses), we couldn't smell the alcohol, we didn't smell any carbonated drinks... and we were all of the same opinion... a guest made the remark. The waitress goes to taste the glass and comes back and asks us with a superior air "I tasted the glass, I don't understand if you don't like it" she then tells us that she cannot change all the mojitos… that she can add ingredients..
For the wine that we ordered for the meal, it was placed in the middle of the table with a bucket (be careful, hold on!) A GAS CAMPING COOLER)!!!! No, but this is a hell of a joke, it’s starting to make a lot of sense!!!
We all laughed but we were all very shocked!
For meals, a hair is found on my plate so I tell my mother who is next to me and who tells me to put it aside and eat anyway... until... a hair or hair was found on my mother's plate!
This is way too much! She gets up and takes the two plates back to the kitchen, telling them that it's not normal but given that no one in the kitchen has a good Charlotte...

Thank you for this great evening! I drove 7 hours from Switzerland to spend my birthday with my mother, my family and friends. You ruined everything!
I would like to point out that she did not charge us for the aperitif, nor our two courses. It was the minimum! And again seeing as we were not happy being a trader also means knowing how to keep a low profile and not get paid for anything at all!

Nous avons fêté les 50 ans de ma mère.
Avec ma soeur nous avons organisé un anniversaire surprise depuis des mois !
Je téléphone au restaurant (que nous avons trouvé sur Google et nous avons regarder les avis qui sont là mais je ne comprend pas pourquoi !) 3 semaines avant je préviens que nous seront 12, pour 20h30 et que c’est un anniversaire !
A peine arrivées au restaurant, la serveuse nous dit « je veux pas vous presser mais nous fermons a 22h30 » nous ne disons rien
Nous commençons forcément par un apéro … plusieurs mojito sont commandés … c’était de l’eau ! On ne sentait pas le sucre (et on a regarder au fond des verres), on ne s’entait pas l’alcool, pas de gazeux .. et on a tous été du même avis.. un invité fait donc la remarque. La serveuse va donc goûter dans le verre plus loin reviens et nous demande d’un air supérieur « j’ai goûter dans le verre je comprend pas se qu’il ne vous plait pas » elle nous annonce ensuite qu’elle ne peut pas changer tout les mojitos… qu’elle peut rajouter des ingrédients..
Pour le vin que nous avons commander pour le repas c’est déposer en pleins milieu de la table avec pour seau (attention tenez vous bien !) UNE GLACIÈRE CAMPING GAZ) !!!! Non mais là c’est une sacré blague ça commence à faire beaucoup !!!
Nous avons tous rigoler mais on étaient tous très choqué !
Pour les repas, un poil ou cheveux est trouvé dans mon assiette je le dit donc à ma maman qui est à côté de moi et qui me dit de le mettre de côté et de manger quand même … jusqu’à … un poil ou un cheveux est retrouvé dans l’assiette de ma maman !
Ça en est beaucoup trop ! Elle se lève ramène donc les deux assiettes en cuisine en leurs disant que c’est pas normal mais étant donner que personne en cuisine n’a de Charlotte bon …
La même serveuse revient toujours avec son l’air supérieur en nous disant qu’elle ne comprend pas, que personne à ce type de cheveux…
Les plats nous sont remplacés ,dégoûtée de cette soirée même pas nous y toucherons !
Ma mère qui je le rappelle fête ses 50 ans, qui est sensée passer une bonne soirée et un bon moment se lève et part discuter un peu plus loin avec cette serveuse.
Nous avons décider de prendre nos affaires et de partir vite d’ici !
Pas de dessert, pas de bougies !
Merci à vous pour cette super soirée ! J’ai fait 7h de route de Suisse pour venir passer l’anniversaire avec ma mère, ma famille, des amis. Vous avez tout gâché !
Je tiens à signaler qu’elle ne nous a pas fait payé l’apéro, ni nos deux plats. C’était le minimum ! Et encore vu comme nous n’étions pas contents être commerçante c’est aussi savoir faire profil bas et ne rien faire payé du tout!
Un scandale monumentale !
