Mon review concerne le dîner du 14/02, qui était excellent avec quelques remarques. D’habitude, je n’aime pas sortir au restaurant pour la Saint-Valentin, mais cette fois, c’était une surprise de ma femme et, gustativement, une très belle expérience. Bravo au chef, le menu m’a directement attiré : *Noix de Saint-Jacques avec une gelée à la rose, très bon. *Langouste remplacée (allergie oblige) par un foie gras incroyable, probablement l’un des meilleurs que j’ai goûtés. *Filet de bar très bien réalisé. *Volaille avec pommes de terre à la truffe : exceptionnel. J’ai même dit au serveur que je pourrais le prendre en entrée, plat et dessert tellement c’était bon ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter si ce plat est à la carte. *Fromage au miel de rose, parfaitement dosé. *Meringue bien exécutée. *Mignardises décevantes en fin de repas. Une étoile en moins pour le service : *Aucune proposition de boisson avec le dessert ni les mignardises. *Le serveur posait les plats sur la table puis s’enfuyait/disparaissait, rendant toute demande compliquée… Mais j’ai tellement aimé l’expérience que j’ai demandé le nom du chef et son Instagram Alain.cc.
