    We had a delicious time and enjoyed the pieces of Alexandre MORAT.

    3 flats denote in the score nevertheless:
    - TEAS: the quality is not there in proportion to the brunch. Maybe look at the Palais des Thés or Damman Frères on 2/3 mid-range teas which would be much more appropriate.

    - BREADS: a selection that could be expanded. A very interesting bakery in Croix Rousse: Les Artistes 12 rue du Mail.

    - SPARKLING WATER at €8: charged at the pump, the water served seems to be sodastream type - the price of the bottle therefore seems inconsistent. No deposit, no brand to pay, no label, a refilled bottle: too expensive for our taste.

    Accueil très pro et service attentionné dans un cadre chaleureux. Une équipe bien organisée dans laquelle chacun gère ses tâches et missions avec sérénité - le délicieux buffet est réapprovisionné avec grand professionnalisme. Bravo!
    Nous avons passés un moment délicieux et nous sommes délectés des morceaux d'Alexandre MORAT.

    3 bémols dénotent dans la partition néanmoins :
    - THES : la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous proportionnellement au brunch. Voir peut être du côté du Palais des Thés ou Damman Frères sur 2/3 thés moyenne gamme qui seraient nettement plus appropriés.

    - PAINS : une sélection qui pourrait être élargie. Une boulangerie très intéressante à la Croix Rousse : Les Artistes 12 rue du Mail.

    - EAU PETILLANTE à 8€ : chargée à la pompe, l'eau servie semble de type sodastream - le prix de la bouteille parait donc incohérent. Pas de consigne, pas de marque à payer, pas d'étiquette, une bouteille rechargée : trop cher à notre goût.

    Une super expérience à refaire pour ma part ! J'ai pu tester le brunch et franchement rien à redire, il y a du choix, des alternatives végétariennes, c'est à volonté... Tout parfait. Côté ambiance c'est pareil, de la musique live pour le plus grand plaisir de nos oreilles et du personnel serviable et agréable !
    Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour tester le dîner 😋
