This is the restaurant of the four-star Mercure hotel. Nothing is up to par and especially the quality of the cuisine worthy of a canteen. Starter, very poor, like celery, grated carrot, ham or salmon, poor quality smoked and other starters without any cooking effort. A sauce plan of the same level, and a well-cooked fish dish. for the desserts, it looked like they had been made by 10 year old children, see supporting photo. It's a shame for this brand.
Nous avons voulu tester le restaurant lors d’un dîner puisque nous étions 1 nuit à l’hôtel. une seule formule était possible avec un buffet. formule quand même à 42 € par personne, ce qui n’aurait pas été gênant avec des plats digne de ce prix.
Il s’agit du restaurant de l’hôtel, quatre étoiles Mercure . Rien est à la hauteur et surtout la qualité de la cuisine digne d’une cantine. Entrée, très pauvre, genre céleri, carotte Rapée, jambon ou saumon, fumé de qualité médiocre et autres entrées sans aucun l’effort de cuisine. Un plan sauce du même niveau, et un plat de poisson archi cuit. pour les desserts, on aurait dit qu’ils avaient été fait par des enfants de 10 ans voir photo à l’appui .C’est une honte pour cet enseigne.

The cuisine is delicious. The broccoli soup is very good, the tagliatelle with mushrooms well served, tasty, delicious. The chicken fillet from the children’s menu is to die for! Super tender. On the other hand, the tagliatelle doesn't even have a little cream, it lacks sauce, and too much butter! And I add a negative remark: the price! 16€ for the children's menu is really exorbitant. My daughter's dish (+ ice cream + syrup) cost more than our meals! So of course it is well served (too much: we would have to differentiate according to the age of the children, otherwise, what a waste), but still, it does not correspond at all to the prices of the other lunch dishes...
Another time we had fish and the southwest salad, it was again very good!
In the end, we enjoyed the cuisine, and we will surely come back, but without children!
Nous avons hésité avant de venir en lisant les avis peu flatteurs... Finalement nous avons bien fait d'aller nous faire notre idée. Nous avons pris un déjeuner très agréable. La salle de restaurant est bien décorée, confortable, aérée.
Le service est attentif et professionnel.
La cuisine est succulente. La soupe de brocolis très bonne, les tagliatelles aux champignons bien servies, goûteuses, délicieuses. Le filet de poulet du menu enfant est à tomber ! Hyper tendre. Par contre les tagliatelles n'ont même pas un peu de crème, ça manque de sauce, et trop de beurre ! Et j'ajoute une remarque négative : le tarif ! 16€ le menu enfant c'est vraiment exorbitant. Le plat de ma fille (+ glace +sirop) a coûté plus cher que nos plats ! Alors certes il est bien servi (trop : il faudrait différencier selon l'âge des enfants, sinon, que de gaspillage), mais quand même, ça ne correspond pas du tout aux prix des autres plats du midi...
Une autre fois on a pris du poisson et la salade du sud-ouest, c'était encore très bon !
Au final, nous avons apprécié la cuisine, et nous reviendrons sûrement, mais sans enfant !
