Executive Chef
Cosimo Danese's love affair with food began amidst the bustling streets of London back in 2002, where he donned the hat of Chef-in-Charge at the prestigious Royal Garden Hotel. From there, he whisked his talents across the globe, landing as the Executive Chef and Owner of the beloved "Ristorante Cosimo Danese" from 2005 to 2009. But his culinary adventures didn't stop there he then took on the role of Executive Chef and Director of Operations at Sagardi Taberna Euskal in vibrant Valencia, Spain.

1 week agoMy preferred place to meet my old work colleagues. You feel everyone is there to make you happy. And the pizza is from another planet. Thanks to Chef Sous for the outstanding delicious pizza.

2 weeks agoI ate breakfast here, steak in May and it was very tasty. Today, in early December, I discovered a new menu, ordered a medium-rare steak, they brought it raw, everything was very oily, my friend ordered red fish - they brought salty fish, asked to replace it, they replaced it without problems, but the fish was very over-dried.

2 weeks agoThe bread you sent does not match the picture in the menu. The bread was not sliced (although I asked for it ) and contains nuts which sourdough does not. I called you many times and no one answered my call. This is very poor service.
