I’ve been coming to this bakery regularly to buy bread, and every time I ask if it’s freshly baked, I’m told it is. However, today, when I got home and touched the center of the bread, I realized it was still frozen. This clearly means it wasn’t freshly made, which feels dishonest. I expect transparency and quality, especially when I ask directly. Very disappointed. It honestly makes me sad, because I truly enjoyed the bread, even though it’s quite expensive—and the customer service has always been excellent. I just feel deceived, because I believe I was lied to… and I don’t know what to do with that.
Coffee was fantastic. And the Sourdough Sandwich was Okay.

Cosimo Danese's love affair with food began amidst the bustling streets of London back in 2002, where he donned the hat of Chef-in-Charge at the prestigious Royal Garden Hotel. From there, he whisked his talents across the globe, landing as the Executive Chef and Owner of the beloved "Ristorante Cosimo Danese" from 2005 to 2009. But his culinary adventures didn't stop there he then took on the role of Executive Chef and Director of Operations at Sagardi Taberna Euskal in vibrant Valencia, Spain.
