    Katsuya has always been one of my favorite spots in Dubai, especially in the past at their Dubai Mall or Al Naseem branches. However, our recent visit to the Hyde Park location was a disaster. Despite being the only ones in the restaurant, they messed up our order. Despite asking for non-spicy food for the kids, they brought spicy asparagus, and the seaweed salad arrived after the main courses. On top of that, the quality of the food has clearly declined, and we didn’t enjoy the taste anymore. To make things worse, the lunch menu was extremely limited, and we weren't informed during the reservation that the regular à la carte menu wouldn't be available, leaving us with only a few options. For an empty restaurant, you'd expect better service, but it was a major letdown. Sadly, this was our last visit, and we won’t be coming back Such a shame !
