2 days ago(Translated by Google) I came to dinner at Pampa on February 14 for Valentine's Day, and my experience was mixed. The positive points: the setting is pleasant, the servers were friendly and a commercial gesture was made following a problem.
However, several aspects disappointed me. The waiting times between courses were far too long, which made the meal less enjoyable. In addition, I had specified when making my reservation over the phone, as well as upon arriving there, that I wanted my dish without champagne sauce for dietary reasons (I eat halal). Despite their agreement, this request was not respected.
Finally, the unique menu offered for Valentine's Day, as well as the prices, did not fully justify the service offered. Apart from this special evening, the restaurant seems to have good potential, but for an event like Valentine's Day, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
Je suis venu dîner au Pampa le 14 février pour la Saint-Valentin, et mon expérience a été en demi-teinte. Les points positifs : le cadre est agréable, les serveurs étaient sympathiques et un geste commercial a été fait suite à un souci.
Cependant, plusieurs aspects m’ont déçu. Les temps d’attente entre les plats étaient bien trop longs, ce qui a rendu le repas moins agréable. De plus, j’avais précisé lors de ma réservation au téléphone, ainsi qu’en arrivant sur place, que je souhaitais mon plat sans sauce champagne pour des raisons alimentaires (je mange halal). Malgré leur accord, cette demande n’a pas été respectée.
Enfin, le menu unique proposé pour la Saint-Valentin, ainsi que les prix, ne justifiaient pas totalement la prestation offerte. En dehors de cette soirée spéciale, le restaurant semble avoir un bon potentiel, mais pour un événement comme la Saint-Valentin, je ne le recommanderais pas forcément.
