My family and I enjoyed our first experience in Jia Wei restaurant. Food was good, each dish was nicely done. Peking duck had crispy skin and had a nice aroma. The eefu noodles can be a bit more flavourful if I had to nitpick. I will try the chopped duck for the 2nd way in future instead. The icy plant appetiser had balanced flavours. Dim sum is available - the XO carrot cake must try! My most anticipated dish was Charsiew salted egg. Well, it was well charred with a good balance of meat:fat ratio but I'm not sure the salted egg helped to elevate it. Pretty dish that is a topic starter though. I love the red wine pork ribs - very fragrant and meat was tender. The stone pot soup was full of ingredients and flavourful too. Kai lan done right. Overall, near faultless meal. Very attentive staff especially the floor manager. Made us comfortable. The floor was mainly made of new staff, their radar might not be very strong but once they see you, they will assist promptly. Similar pricing to other hotels' chinese restaurant, maybe slightly more affordable? They offer an attractive membership deal too! Do check them out.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant. The staff were attentive and made sure my requests were well taken care of. Service was excellent throughout. The food was not only delicious but also great value for money. The restaurant is clean and cosy—perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable meal. Will definitely be back!

Chinese Executive Chef Victor Lee's culinary adventure had its beginnings in the family. It was his elder brother, then Head Chef in a Malaysian restaurant who inspired him to pick up the ladle and wok at the age of 20. Today, with over 20 years of experience under his belt, with establishments serving Asian and international cuisine, he is responsible for creating many of our signature dishes that are well loved by our guests. An aficionado of seafood, he is passionate about the use of it in the creation of modern cuisine that blends taste, innovation and fiery passion!
