LeBar entices you with its airy space with an eclectic old world charm featuring lush greenery and plush furnishings. With the gentle sea breeze wafting in and overlooking the extensive open spaces of the Resort, enjoy an enticing tipple or dine on dainty savouries and patisseries. Relax with friends and family over private conversations, and a view that enchants and delights.
Head Mixologist
A fresh vibe on the scene, Head Mixologist Daniel Anthony comes with an array of accolades ranging from individual brand competitions, bars as well as national titles.
Anthony is a dedicated advocate for the spirits and the hospitality industry. His creative mantra is to "Create without Compromise", and sustainable mixology is more important to him now than ever before.
At LeBar, over 60% of the cocktails are made using sustainably sourced ingredients, such as mint and other herbs for garnishes.
Anthony is also the creator of the Sofitel Sling, made with watermelon skin tincture from upcycled watermelon skins, while the lemons leaves are from the Resort's lemon garden.
