First time here and would not recommend. Physical environment of the restaurant is nice but very disappointed with the service. Had expected better as reviews online were decent and I thought that restaurants that took part in the restaurant week wouldn’t be too bad. Clearly, I was wrong.

1. Requested for the restaurant week menu but was not given. Had to send the link to the other diners in my party for them to view the menu online
2. Requested for ice water but was not served and had to request for it twice. Had to ask for refills as well throughout the whole dining experience, no initiative from the staff
3. Had to ask if they serve bread before the complimentary bread was served
4. Waited between 1h15min - 1h45min for our mains to be served. Had to check with the staff multiple time. No update from staff after their supposed promise to check with the kitchen and no update or explanation provided for the long wait. On 2 occasions, staff either said that the kitchen is already preparing our food or that our food will be ready in a few minutes (food would only come at least 30min later). Throughout our wait, I observed that at least 3 tables who came after us alredy had their food served.
5. When our mains finally came after a long wait that in my opinion was not acceptable, it was different from what I ordered. Upon checking with the manager, he mentioned that it was because the food that we ordered would take too long to serve. At this point we have already waited for 1h45min and were trying our best to be understanding of the long wait despite the poor service. Serving us something that was different from what we ordered without even informing us about it much less getting consent was the last straw for me.

We dined here for a birthday celebration and arrived early to make arrangements for the cake to be served with a candle. I spoke to the manager personally and he assured me that it could be done. It didn’t happen when the cake was served but I could not be bothered anymore as the whole celebration was already ruined by the long wait and poor service.

Manager offset the cost of some of my mains including the mains we didn’t eat (as they were not what we ordered) but it was too little, too late. Major regret coming here for a birthday celebration that couldn’t happen.

Came here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday last weekend. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and our waiter went out of his way to make sure our experience was good. Food was pretty good but the seafood risotto and mushroom soup really stood out 👍
I would like to commend the manager who gave us a cake to celebrate. You really made our experience special and we will definitely return soon.

Placed a lunch reservation but I waited 10 mins at the cashier only to find out that they could not find my reservation. The Malay waiter was rude and unapologetic. Totally appalling service...non existent ,I had to walk to the waitress to ask for water and cutlery! 45 mins wait for food.when asked why the delay they said short of staff on a weekday when only 2 tables were occupied, amazing. Food was cold and unappetizing. Do avoid at all costs..you get get your money's worth at any other restaurant!, menu choice is also limited.dine there at your own peril.
