Pros: ⭐️ British cuisine done brilliantly – elevated, elegant, and full of flavour. ⭐️ Wine pairing was spot on – every glass enhanced the dish - see photos for details. ⭐️ Cheese board heaven – only $40 extra and absolutely worth every cent. ⭐️ Kirk himself came out to greet every table – what a class act. ⭐️ Portions were generous, not fiddly fine-dining nonsense. Cons: ❗️ Signposting is poor – you will get lost in the hotel, so just ask someone! Genuinely impressed to see modern British food celebrated like this in Asia – hats off to Kirk and his team. Wishing him all the best for his next venture (whenever it comes). This one’s a must-visit for food lovers! 👍

Rye sour dough is phenomenal! Everything was great! Spot on! I love the Gin Tonic twist. Very interesting as a pallet cleanser! Also really appreciate the little touch of the side salad with the main dish wagyu. Balance the meal perfectly. Got a chance to chat with chef Kirk as well. Lovely evening indeed.

One of the best dining experiences of my time

Amazing lunch service at Jaan today. Our server was super attentive and well informed about the dishes. Every dish was filled with multiple flavour profiles which is not something normal restaurants can achieve. Chef Kirk’s inspiration for these dishes made everything we ate memorable. Definitely well deserved of the 2 stars!
