At the helm of Raffles Hotel Singapore's most historic restaurant for almost a decade, Kuldeep Negi, a native of India, brings the well-loved and famed North Indian cuisine at the refreshed Tiffin Room to its next level of excellence. Trained in the ancient art of Indian cuisine, Chef Kuldeep had travelled widely across the different North Indian states to perfect his revitalised menu. He has introduced a variety of exciting culinary specials including tableside service, Indian celebratory menus and an elevated thali and tiffin box experience.

5 days agoTldr: Locals please avoid. The restaurant prefers to serve tourists. For all, clarify if ‘still water’ is charged as ‘sparkling water’.
This is a belated review of a dinner we had in March. We were very excited about the vegetarian Holi set meal. But we left the place with huge disappointment.
1. The food was fine, not that fantastic, but definitely not value for money.
2. We are Singaporeans, and the service we got was starkly different compared to the other diners in the restaurant. We had to repeat our requests a few times to different waiting staff to receive what we requested, while they went around asking the other diners who looked like tourists on how they found the food. We paid the same service charge as them.
3. We were asked if we wanted “still water” immediately when we arrived without saying any charge, but we were charged $14 for sparkling water at the end of the meal.
We do not mind the high price of the meal, but to receive lacklustre service is an insult. We are never coming back again. -

2 weeks agoAmbience, service, and staff are top notch compared to anywhere in the world. The coconut here and served all around the hotel were the best i ve had in the region. However, the food was nothing to write home about. I’d rather go to local restaurants to get more flavorful and authentic tasting food.
