Mikuni tries to incorporate Japan's four seasons into every detail such as slices of fresh fish being garnished with seasonal flowers, such as sakura blossoms in spring. Celebrated the spouse's birthday with lunch at Mikuni. When we arrived just after noon on a Saturday, the restaurant was relatively empty; it filled up during the next hour or so.

    1) Food
I had the Premium A5 Wagyu Steak set lunch ($118), while my spouse had the tempura set lunch ($80). My wagyu steak was perfectly cooked to medium as requested - it was 'melt-in-your-mouth' good. The portion was just ok for me, but I think it might not satisfy individuals with larger appetites. The tempura set was very delicious as well - all pieces of tempura were fried really well with a thin layer of batter and yet very crispy.

    2) Service
Service was friendly and generally prompt. Callout to Abegail who really left an impression with her attention to details and professionalism. We explain the menu and offers (credit cards/ Accor Plus etc) briefly but clearly and was super attentive to our needs without being intrusive at all. We feel really welcome and well-taken care of, despite many tables being occupied towards the end of our lunch.

    3) Atmosphere
Conducive for conversation, tables were well spaced apart for a good level of privacy.

We have 50% discount via Accor Plus membership which made the lunch good value considering the quality of food, service and atmosphere. We will definitely return again.

(Translated by Google) Exquisite cuisine, excellent service, pleasant interior. I highly recommend the Wagyu steaks. Not cheap, dinner for three with wine is 1000s$, but it's worth it!

Изысканная кухня, великолепный сервис, приятный интерьер. Очень рекомендую стейки вагю. Не дешево, ужин на троих с вином 1000s$, но это стоит того!
