Chef Bryan's passion for Asian culinary arts began during his early morning visits to Singapore's hawker centres, where he cultivated a deep understanding of flavours and techniques. His love for cooking was ignited during childhood visits to various wanton noodle stalls across Singapore's hawker centres. Intrigued by diverse tastes, he observed their ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and cooking techniques, refining his skills at home. Join us as Chef Bryan brings his culinary vision to life, promising an unforgettable dining experience filled with creativity and tradition.
Asian Market Café's interiors blend contemporary elegance with vibrant cultural motifs
Inspired by the black and white charm of Singapore's historical colonial-style homes, Asian Market Café embraces a cosy interior adorned with beautiful dark woods. The furnishings include cane and rattan chairs, enhancing the inviting textures of the space. The expansive space is wrapped by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the iconic Marina Bay. Buffet stations are named after roads in Singapore such as Joo Chiat, Geyland and Seragoon that pay homage to Singapore's multi-cultural heritage.

il y a 4 joursThe place was really crowded, buffet lunch was with credit discount.
We made reservations for 15 pax but only 9 pax came. Didn't know that we need to reduce the headcount because we thought the counter staff would have taken note of the number of people joining the table.
Saw a staff in jacket standing in front of our table with ipad (of course we didn't ask if he was taking attendance).
At the cashier counter, the staff told us we needed to pay for the number of people we made reservations for because we didn't inform them that the number of people had reduced!!! Ridiculous but we paid. Please take note when making reservations. -

il y a 1 semaineIt’s a great place to meet with Muslim friends. Wide range of dishes. Chicken rice, crayfish, duck, satay, laska, durian pudding are all so good! Plus salmon is super fresh!
