Executive Chef Complex Wong Chin Yee

Chef Wong Chin Yee is one of the key leaders helming the 350-men culinary team at the complex. Since joining the complex in 2012, he has been an important leader and member of the research and development team. His vast knowledge and experience over a diverse epicurean journey and across different global landscapes, is demonstrated in his daily duties and is clearly shown through the respect he garners from his peers.

Dine to your hearts' content in a cosy, inviting interior

Inspired by the black and white charm of Singapore's historical colonial-style homes, Asian Market Café has a cosy interior enriched with beautiful dark woods. The complementary furnishings feature cane and rattan chairs and panels, lending inviting textures to the space whilst you dine to their hearts' content in the welcoming dining space.

    Came back to Asian Market Cafe after my last visit long time ago. Definitely, the improvement is superb! The food is getting better, especially the fruit platters, seafood, and local snacks like lopis, onde onde, and so on.

    Thank you to Mr. Asmadi and the team for their politeness and helpful attitude. The team is very accommodating, and they all serve with nice smiles. Once again..thank you, Mr. Asmadi, for the excellent service.

    I will definitely recommend and come back whenever I want to eat a HALAL buffet.

    Food standard has dropped from last I was there 2 yrs ago. Spread also has changed, lesser now, and my buddy Gan F puked midway dinner!!
