Special compliments to Mr Sasi and his team for the exceptional service at the 4 hands BBQ dinner. My family had a good time and the wagyu tomahawk and cheese burger were phenomenal.

We went to the poolside bar today operated by Eight. They operate a QR code system for ordering drinks to your poolside lounges. We ordered 2 x Singapore slings which cost $60 and took 30 minutes to be delivered. This was after I went up to the bar to make sure they actually received the order after waiting for 20 minutes. We then ordered a couple of beers because we thought that would be quicker than cocktails. Wrong! 45mins later and we ended up cancelling the order because it was taking so long. Observing the staff, we could see them folding towels and fluffing about rather than making any actual drinks. Terrible service and really disappointing.
