Crafted by Head Mixologist Kingston Chin, ANTI:DOTE's Cure-All menu is a testament to mixology and the remedies that inspire it. The innovative menu is divided into three sections, each offering a unique journey through time and taste.
"Long Long Time Ago" draws inspiration from global ancient remedies, channelling the wisdom of ancient cultures into modern cocktails. Each drink is crafted with ingredients once considered potent elixirs and healing potions.
"Grandma Says" celebrates nostalgic remedies passed down through generations. These cocktails evoke warmth, with flavours reminiscent of traditional cures, presented in a sophisticated format.
"Modern Times" showcases cutting-edge mixology. Here, Kingston and his team use contemporary techniques and ingredients to craft innovative cocktails. This section celebrates the present and future, where each drink is an experiment and experience.
ANTI:DOTE also offers innovative tapas to complement the cocktails. These small plates are crafted with the same care and creativity, ensuring each bite enhances the experience.

Jacky Lai developed a passion for cooking while growing up in Malaysia, where he was exposed to a variety of cuisines. After completing his culinary education at Cilantro Culinary Academy, he moved to Singapore to refine his skills. Throughout his career, Chef Jacky has achieved several notable milestones, including winning a gold medal at Food and Hotel Asia 2014 and collaborating on successful brand partnerships such as the Hello Kitty Afternoon Tea with Sanrio and the Vincent van Gogh-inspired Season of Impressionists.
