We had such a great experience at Anti:dote at Fairmont Singapore tonight, all thanks to Vennila! She made us feel so welcome right from the start and somehow managed to find a comfy table that fit all seven of us. She also recommended this unique dessert called Plantano, and we were all blown away by how good it was. On top of that, she was super friendly and always had a smile on her face. Really top-notch service—thank you, Vennila!

Had a surprisingly very good high tea experience here. The bites, while all cold hors d'oeuvres, were varied and delicious, ranging from savory tarts and mini sandwiches to coffee chocolates, fluffy scones served with lemon curd, cream and jam (superb!) and a selection of small dessert pastries. Tea was great, the mocktail too, and service was as you’d expect. I just wish places like these would stop serving their snacks in silly containers, though.

My first time visiting antidote after the renovation, I really love the chill and warm atmosphere, a perfect place to enjoy your evening with friends, over some good food and drinks. They have a good selection of cocktails, definitely worth a try, they're top-notch! Also a huge shout-out to Carla who made us feel very welcome and made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the entire evening! 10/10 would come back again! ✨

Senior Sous Chef Jacky Lai
Jacky Lai developed a passion for cooking while growing up in Malaysia, where he was exposed to a variety of cuisines. After completing his culinary education at Cilantro Culinary Academy, he moved to Singapore to refine his skills. Throughout his career, Chef Jacky has achieved several notable milestones, including winning a gold medal at Food and Hotel Asia 2014 and collaborating on successful brand partnerships such as the Hello Kitty Afternoon Tea with Sanrio and the Vincent van Gogh-inspired Season of Impressionists.
