Eshkulov RUSTAMJON

With 15 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Rustamjon Eshkulov has worked for several brands of hotels across the globe, including Intercontinental Group in Uzbekistan, Kempenski in Azerbaijan, Marriot International in Russia, and Rixos Group in Kazakhstan and UAE.

Since 2016, Chef Rustamjon has been with Accor Hotel Groups in the UAE, including Grand Mercure Airport, Ibis Styles Airport and Rixos Hotels. Currently, he works for Accor Dubai Deira Cluster at Ibis Styles, Adagio Aparthotel, and Mercure Dubai Deira, which has over 512 rooms and 10 food and beverage outlets.

    World of Curries is a fantastic spot for authentic Sri Lankan cuisine! The moment you walk in, the aroma of spices sets the stage for a delightful meal. The curries are rich and flavorful, offering a perfect blend of traditional spices that transport you straight to Sri Lanka. The Kottu Roti and Fish Ambul Thiyal were standout dishes, bursting with authentic taste. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. If you're craving genuine Sri Lankan food, World of Curries is the place to go. Highly recommended!

    We have experienced Sri Lankan cuisine at World of Curries Adagio Dubai Deira. The food was delightful, and it had been a while since we had Sri Lankan cuisine. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was beautiful. Every Saturday, they have a Sri Lankan brunch that offers an authentic Sri Lankan experience. I highly recommend it.
