il y a 1 semaineFor this foodie & her ever-hungry man, Aila was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had anywhere in the world. First of all, the decor and spaces are exquisite. Soaring ceilings, marble floors, perfect lighting, every detail is beautiful. The food is sublime with elevated, modern Mediterranean flavors. In addition to the complimentary amuse bouche and bread with olive oil, we had: the raw green salad, grilled octopus with handmade couscous, the signature starter Nazuktan (saffron, dried rose, eggplant, urfa pomegranate syrup, and Antakya salted yogurt), starters of grouper and lamb tenderloin. Then, expecting *not* to get dessert.... "Chef's Love" (a white chocolate "soup" with fruits), and the mandarin panna cotta. Michelin guide level attention and service. With a healthy gratuity, equivalent of about US$175.
