I privately raised a serious concern with Joseph a staff member who assured me he would look into an issue I was concerned about but in reality he did nothing to show care about my concern. He then was smiling while I was clearly upset at hi inaction. He then said he would call his manager, he didn’t, but I could clearly see him gossiping with other colleagues behind the bar counter, one of them was Hampty who was clearly finding the situation funny, and when I made it clear to Hampty that I was being serious and that this is not a funny situation, he couldn’t control his laugh as he walked past my table. I’ve never seen this level of professionalism from staff, especially in a five star bar. I’m absolutely shocked.
Amazing Dubai Skyline view! The food options are bit limiting. Staff and service fantastic. The Spanish Latte was absolutely perfect.
