The shower facilities were very new and clean. Love that there were floats to play with, but food was over priced

PSO Beach Club, Pullman Orchard: P in PSO should stand for promising. A Beach Club it isn’t, especially in the malls-infested Orchard. Space is elusive in Pullman Orchard and you’ll feel it at PSO. Design is quirky posh tropicana, an extension of the dominant ominous theme. You’ll read reams of criticisms about services here and the critics are right. Service is non existent. Add to the woes - food is sub par. I had the Singapore chilli crab bao and the bao cracked with fillings spilling everywhere. Presentation was bad and I just didn’t even want to stay on anymore after an hour. This feels un-Pullman for a Pullman fan. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Dear Pullman Singapore Orchard, We would like to feedback on the appalling service or lack of service when we visited the PSO Beach Club at 9:30PM on 23 Feb 2024. When we reached, there was a plump Indian waitress wearing white top uniform standing at the bar. Not sure if she saw us, but the three of us were totally ignored and no one came to ask us if we needed any help. We then asked this Asian male waiter wearing glasses where can we sit. Not only did he not show us any seats, he just told us to sit anywhere. When we sat down, we were not offered any menus. I had to approach the same Asian male waiter to give us menus. After he gave us only one menu (where there are three of us), we waited for another 15 minutes and still no one came to take our orders. It is obvious that no one wanted to serve us. We finally left after 20 minutes, with menus in our hands and no one to take our orders. I am not sure if this is the Pullman standard of service in your F&B outlets. But we are so disgusted by your lack of service that we would not return in the near future.

I would have given zero star if given a choice. Sat there with 2 of my friends for half an hour and no one attended to us. Staff were all busy talking and chatting amongst themselves and not looking after guest needs. Left after half an hour and felt ashamed holding a accor elite status. Will never ever visit this place again after such a disappointing experience.
