I’ve been coming to this bakery regularly to buy bread, and every time I ask if it’s freshly baked, I’m told it is. However, today, when I got home and touched the center of the bread, I realized it was still frozen. This clearly means it wasn’t freshly made, which feels dishonest. I expect transparency and quality, especially when I ask directly. Very disappointed.
