Inside, decor accented with natural copper, wood, velvet and tweed unfolds like an artistic canvas. A refined visual palette with russet, brown and gray-blue tones. The eye is immediately drawn to the glass-roof dome where elegance meets modernity. Our menu showcases great French classics featuring produce from local supply chains. We aim to bring diners on a journey through Charente without leaving the table! Fish, meat, garden-grown vegetables and creative desserts are a daily highlight, not to mention unmissable regional specialties such as Baume de Bouteville, Pineau des Charentes and cognac.
