Abbiamo pranzato sabato 12 aprile in questo bellissimo roof al settimo piano dell'hotel Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese. Siamo stati benissimo. Per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza al cliente: ti fanno sentire come a casa grazie alla responsabile di sala e a tutto lo staff. Per quanto riguarda l'offerta gastronomica, è caratterizzata da materie prime legate alla stagione e al territorio. Non ho trovato voli pindarici gastronomici, ma piatti ben cucinati, ben presentati e ottime materie prime, il tutto curato dallo Chef Giuseppe D'alessio.
