Emblematic of a menu that combines tradition and modernity, the Coeur d'Arras burger is the restaurant's flagship dish, a creation inspired by both Coeur d'Arras, a typical Nord-Pas-de-Calais cheese, and Le 58's love for our region. Every week, guests are offered a new plat du marché based on seasonal products straight from the town's market stalls.
