Our chef Frédéric Lepage creates a menu open to all influences and gives gourmet French dishes his own twist, offering flank steak in herb sauce, mussels with gorgonzola, and beef tartare with strawberries and wasabi, to name just a few! He also serves up some original dishes too, such as his vegan or chicken poke bowls. Le Gourmet Bar offers a wide range of cocktails made in house, which elegantly mix flavours and colours. It is the ideal place to come for a drink with friends and to savour simple yet delicious food.
