Chef Hong brings a slice of his career, backed by years of mastery and dedication to preparing the New-York inspired classics at Madison's, has put a spin on All-American New York classics and is also the mastermind behind the special and festive menus at Madison's. He continues to inspire and share his love for the culinary with his team at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, which he now calls home.
