Bestes Steak House welches wie je besucht haben. Während unserem Aufenthalt im Sofitel the Palm haben wir vier mal das Steak House besucht, weil wie jedes Mal begeistert sind. Sowohl die Auswahl, wie auch die Zubereitung der Speisen ist hervorragend. Ich habe drei verschiedene Hauptspeisen getestet und war von jeder begeistert. Both the selection and the preparation of the dishes are excellent. I tried three different main courses and loved each one. The service was outstanding, Shivana in particular gave us a wonderful last evening today. We'll definitely be back.

Had a fantastic experience visiting for the first time, the service was next level thanks to our waitress Drishti. She is very attentive and ensured we had a great night. Will definitely be back !

Ordering off the half-board menu, the 3 courses were delicious and gave enough variety to visit twice during our stay.

The worst customer experience I’ve had — avoid this place if you value service or respect. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a manager at Mr. Porter in Sofitel Dubai (The Palm). I believe his name is Ket, or Tek. From the moment we arrived, he was rude, argumentative, and dismissive — a total contrast to what you’d expect from a venue positioned as premium. He refused to let my colleague in due to footwear, despite several other guests inside wearing sandals (men and women) — clear inconsistency, no explanation, and delivered with attitude. When I politely pointed it out, he doubled down rather than handling it professionally. Things got worse when I raised an issue about the wait time. He immediately disagreed and effectively called me a liar, insisting it hadn’t been that long. I checked with other staff — they confirmed I was right. He offered no apology, just shrugged and said, “It takes time.” No accountability. No grace. No sense of hospitality. For a venue that charges like a high-end destination, the experience was far below acceptable. This manager in particular is a liability to the brand — and a clear reason I won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.
