    Shockingly worst service experienced. This restaurant is in the hotel we stayed. The waiter insisted on seating us at an unclean table and there were many other clean and set tables. After seating us and cleaning the table, they purposely ignored us just staring at us and looking at us like we are invisible, while we kept waving to them and shouting excuse me. Finally after 15 minutes, someone served us. The bill came very fast when we didn’t call for it. The waiter had the cheek to tell us tips is separate, do you think you deserve a tip after such lousy service?

    (Translated by Google) The restaurant charged us an extra dessert. We were four friends, we asked for the bill and one of our friends paid for an 11 euro dessert with a card. When we went to settle the bill for the remaining three, dessert was charged again. We explained this at the register, showed proof of payment on the card, and a person in charge told us that it was charged because the payment was "pre-authorized". We were scared by the incompetence, especially considering that this is a hotel that receives people from all over the world and they don't understand how an international card works. Every purchase made with this type of card is pre-authorized, but the charge has already been debited. The meals served are average and the organization is terrible. We were charged 11 euros more without a coherent justification. I wouldn't go back and be careful with your orders and what they charge.

    O restaurante nos cobrou uma sobremesa a mais. Estávamos em quatro amigos, pedimos a conta e um dos nossos amigos pagou uma sobremesa de 11 euros com cartão. Quando fomos acertar a conta dos três restantes, a sobremesa foi cobrada novamente. Explicamos isso no caixa, mostramos o comprovante de pagamento no cartão, e uma responsável nos disse que foi cobrado porque o pagamento estava "pré-autorizado". Ficamos assustados com a incompetência, especialmente considerando que se trata de um hotel que recebe pessoas do mundo todo e não entendem como funciona um cartão internacional. Toda compra feita com esse tipo de cartão fica pré-autorizada, mas a cobrança já foi debitada. As refeições servidas são medianas e a organização é péssima. Nos cobraram 11 euros a mais sem uma justificativa coerente. Não voltaria e fiquem espertos nesse lugar com os pedidos e com o que é cobrado.

    Effectivement, lorsque la mention pré-autorisation figure sur nos tickets et même pour des cartes étrangères cela ne signifie pas que vous avez été débité. Cependant, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous voyez un double prélèvement, nous vous rembourserons immédiatement.
