From the cosy dining room to the sunny patio, every space of our restaurant invites you to relax. Have a seat next to full-length windows that reveal a tranquil garden, and enjoy your wellness break in a comfortable setting with tones of blues and greens. Each season, the chef and his team design a brand-new menu that takes advantage of the bounty from nearby producers. Tomme cheese from Pas-de-Calais, the mouse-shaped Ratte du Touquet potato, freshly harvested endives... Discover the delicacies of our region on your plate, heightened by an elegant presentation. Our signature burger, also available in a vegetarian version, is served on a housemade roll and stacked with decadent ingredients. For dessert, try the local baked apple topped with a Biscoff crumble and beer-infused caramel. Bleu is ideal for both work functions and family gatherings, thanks to the oversized picnic table in the glass-walled room.
