Les Pincettes

Stepping inside Les Pincettes is a bit like climbing aboard an ocean liner. The imposing bar in the centre of the restaurant sails amid nautical decor, surrounded by yellow, white and blue walls, books and photos of sailors. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxing. 

A stone's throw from the city centre and the old port of La Rochelle, Les Pincettes is the perfect restaurant to drop anchor. Named in reference to lobster claws, we serve the catch of the day all year round, with seared sea bass fillet as our delicious signature dish. The contemporary decor and our staff's sailor-like uniforms are in keeping with our nautical theme. Light comes in through the large windows, reflecting off the blue booths, yellow walls and armchairs with striped cushions. All the colours are in harmony, and everything is relaxing and timeless. The views from the terrace of the tree-lined pool and garden stream invite relaxation during the day. In the evening, the restaurant comes to life with a more festive atmosphere for after-work drinks and barbecues. At the bar, take a break with friends or family to enjoy a beer from the Ile de Ré, among other options. Then settle into a comfortable seat to read, work or simply enjoy the moment.
