Specialists in conjuring up unusual burgers, Umami Burger offers their creations in eight popular variations. Cult versions for those in the know include the Umami Classic Burger, the ultimate showcase for the fifth flavour, or the vegan version using Beyond plant-based patties. Also on the menu: the Sunnyside Burger topped with a fried egg, and the Manly Burger, served with premium bacon slices. As an alternative, Sam's Crispy Chicken is made from spicy organic chicken, and there's a special celebration of French cuisine in the Rossini Cheese Burger, prepared with matured beef steak, a slice of foie gras, garlic and black truffle sauce, and aged Mimolette cheese...
