Walk into La Table de Balthazar and you're wrapped in the intimate atmosphere of a private mansion. Greenery has pride of place everywhere, with natural textures and plants in our sunny dining room and on the opulent patio. But the décor doesn't distract from the real star of the show the culinary skills of our talented chef.

Un repas en famille pour fêter un anniversaire. Une véritable expérience gastronomique ou le Chef joue avec talent avec nos organes gustatifs : salé, sucré, amertume et acidité, douceur et craquant, parfum des différents ingrédients ... tout y passe et on est étonné de pouvoir ressentir tant de choses, bien aidés par le "mode d'emploi" que la serveuse nous donne avant chaque plat. On a tout autant apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, l'ambiance calme et détendue, et la discrète petite bougie sur mon dessert, à l'initiative de la serveuse.
