SKAI is a refined yet lively contemporary grill restaurant, situated on the 70th floor of acclaimed Swissôtel The Stamford. The iconic city views, seamless service and bespoke beverages makes for the perfect ambience to savour the menu curated by Executive Chef Seumas Smith, who has blended cutting edge culinary skills with a cooking philosophy to create a truly personal and progressive fine grill offering, and his dedicated culinary team.
After a challenging week, I treated myself to a well-deserved lunch at this restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, meeting the high standards expected of fine dining. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. Multiple servers checked in on me, ever so polite. Aizza (apologies if I misspelled your name) in particular recommended a delightful starter and coordinated with the bartender to craft a customized, low-alcohol drink to suit my preferences. Her thoughtful approach added a personal touch to my experience. She even served a complimentary cake! Thank you to the entire team for taking a little stress out of my week.
We had a great time at Skai. We were given a nice table right by the skyline of Singapore. Ordered a lamb chop and barramundi fish, the food was well portioned and delicious. The service was also fantastic. Aizza was serving our table and she was attentive and gave good recommendation for wine pairing. She even gave us a complementary cake to celebrate our first time at the restaurant. Overall 5 stars for the experience!
SKAI’s high tea is an experience elevated by its stunning 70th-floor panoramic view of the city. For $68++, the tiered stand presents an array of exquisitely crafted savouries and sweets, each a small work of art. 💯 For the visual presentation is flawless and the savouries are delightful The ambience is sophisticated, though it can get bustling. It’s a treat where the incredible view is the true centrepiece, making it a memorable afternoon indulgence well worth the price for a special occasion.
Had the chicken and pork, both were fantastic. Pork seasoned well and was tender, chicken was not dry but juicy! Sauces went really well with the dishes too. Food was good, but service was better. View was chef's kiss. Don't think you'll get 3 icons in front of you anywhere else other than here. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful surprise too😄

Born and raised in Scotland, Chef Seumas is renowned for his innovative approach to modern cuisine and this has helped him achieve incredible success throughout his career. Prior to joining SKAI, Chef Seumas led the team at Restaurant ION Harbour to gain its first Michelin Star within 6 months under his helm . With the determination to learn in a kitchen setting rather than in a classroom, Chef Seumas applies this philosophy across his leadership style. With eyes set on taking SKAI's success to new heights, Chef Seumas looks forward to bringing his produce-driven, clean and precise style to SKAI, by adding more Japanese elements throughout the SKAI experience.
