Special compliments to Mr Sasi and his team for the exceptional service at the 4 hands BBQ dinner. My family had a good time and the wagyu tomahawk and cheese burger were phenomenal.

Executive Chef Complex Wong Chin Yee
Assisting to oversee the kitchens for restaurants & bars at both Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel the Stamford, as well as Raffles City Convention Centre and outdoor catering, Chef Wong Chin Yee is one of the key leaders helming the 350-men culinary team at the complex. Since joining the complex in 2012, he has been an important leader and member of the research and development team. His vast knowledge and experience over a diverse epicurean journey and across different global landscapes, is demonstrated in his daily duties and is clearly shown through the respect he garners from his peers.
