A little jaunt to Lombardy reveals the essence of Il Carpaccio. Brusaporto is home to the three-starred Da Vittorio, one of the most renowned Italian restaurants in the world. Its exceptional chefs collaborated with our own Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero, who met while working at Da Vittorio, to create the exclusive menu found at our table. Whether you wish to try the Milanese-style orecchia di elefante (an enormous veal escalope the size of an elephant’s ear!) or our pasta dish paccheri alla Vittorio, you will discover the great Italian classics at Il Carpaccio. The distinct flavours of this exceptional gastronomy are enhanced by superior ingredients sourced from the transalpine region. In the elegant Sicilian Baroque setting replicated in the heart of Paris, you will adore the chic conviviality of the dining room as well as our team’s tableside cooking. The restaurant is named after Vittore Carpaccio, the Italian Renaissance painter whose colourful tableaux inspired the creation of the famous dish made of thinly sliced raw beef. Thus, Il Carpaccio pays homage to the artist and the speciality!
