Nobu Matsuhisa chose our luxury hotel in Paris to be the home of his only restaurant in France. At Matsuhisa Paris, the world-famous chef adds Latin-American ingredients to Japanese cuisine. An extremely refined experience and modern cuisine await at our restaurant in Paris!

When designing the decor for Matsuhisa Paris, Philippe Starck created a unique world. Vast spaces, dynamic lighting and exclusive furniture create a hip atmosphere inside, while our garden terrace provides a dreamier ambience beside the Zen pool.

The originality of the setting is plain to see and it echoes the unforgettable menu designed by Nobu Matsuhisa, making our restaurant an emblem of reimagined Japanese gastronomy. The famous chef has added Peruvian flavours to traditional Japanese dishes. Enjoy black cod in a miso sauce, yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos, must-have sushi and grilled Wagyu beef.

All these dishes demonstrate our chef's creativity and his skill in blending the refinement of two food cultures from opposite shores of the Pacific Ocean.

A great source of inspiration for Pastry Chef Yazid Ichemrahen, the spirit of Nobu Matsuhisa infuses the pastry chef's flagship dessert for Matsuhisa Paris: cheesecake, a comforting version of the signature dessert of Nobu San restaurants. Other sweet offerings, such as iced mochi and fruit salad, are presented in a bento box that's as playful as it is delicious.

A star chef

Nobu Matsuhisa trained in traditional Japanese cuisine before moving to Peru at the age of 24 to open his first restaurant. Since then, he has had an innovative influence on the fusion cuisine scene, which he helped pioneer: his dishes blending traditional Japanese culture with South-American ingredients have taken over the world!

    Elegant if slightly cold decor . We came for lunch without a reservation and were nevertheless asked to provide our phone number which was slightly baffling . The fare was fairly standard Nobu. The €60 black cod signature dish was brought on a cold plate without any rice side dish which was quite surprising . As a result, we had to order the rice at €10 for a tiny size portion (we could almost count the grains). The sushi was also underwhelming . The O torro onigiri was also not up to scratch . Overall , a disappointing and overpriced experience .

    The sushi is perfectly executed, special mention to the salmon roe one!
    Overall, a restaurant worthy of this Parisian palace.

    Restaurant décoré avec goût, original, les tables sont suffisamment éloignées. Accueil et service professionnels, bien qu'un peu froid.
    J'ai beaucoup aimé les edamame à partager en apéritif.
    Les sushis sont parfaitement exécutés, mention particulière à celui aux œufs de saumon !
    Dans l'ensemble, un restaurant digne de ce palace parisien.
