Executive Chef Kirk Westaway

Drawing from both his English heritage and a strong culinary training under world-renowned chefs, Chef Kirk Westaway is recognised for his mastery in reinventing gastronomic classics that that are well-received, comforting yet refined. Born in South West of the United Kingdom, Chef Kirk successfully redefined JAAN by channeling his rooted passion for natural flavours into honest and exquisite culinary interpretations that speak to the heart, filled with reminiscences of his childhood in England. "The first is to always uphold the integrity of the produce and translate the best of each ingredient onto the plate. The second is that food should be comforting and form emotional connections.

    Came here for wife’s birthday, got to say the food, ambience and service is top notch, chef Lun is really friendly

    Amazing food from start to end. Mains were spectacular, but i have to say, the desserts were out of this world. Many high end restaurants treat dessert as an afterthought, but not JAAN. A great birthday lunch.

    Birthday dinner, very good and refined food, excellent view, thoughtful service. I was so full that i couldn't finish the deserts. Wonderful experience indeed.
